Kai's Angels

Ready to take down any evil yokai or dark force!

A late New Years gift I guess haha. I've had this idea for several months and finally got around to draw it out! This is kinda based on chp 73 when everyone sans Sakura and Syaoran had their own little adventure on Mt Kumatori and I had this vision of Kai with his entourage of women at his side like Charlie's Angels lol. I originally thought of Kaho to be in here instead of Kara, but I've been wanting to draw Kara since I read the description of her outfit in the scene and not too long after part 1 came out, I saw a stock pose that fit more with Kara in it. How often do you find references that are perfect for what you need?

Surprisingly, Meilin was the hardest to draw despite being the one I draw the most out of the three, probably because of her more complicated pose lol. I'd like to think that Meilin always comes prepared and wears shorts or spanks under her skirts/dresses (I do the same thing since it makes me feel more comfortable lol). The fact that she is wearing a dress in this scene completely slipped my mind when making her pose >.< And Kara makes her debut! I had fun drawing her Miho's always been easy for me to draw for some reason, but I also had fun with her staff design. I took the liberty of creating whatever I wanted since I didn't feel like looking for a description of it lol, I just remember it has a flame design.

On an off note, I made a "girl power jam" playlist just for this haha. Well, I've been meaning to make one but this provided a good excuse to do it ;D
